  I required my new heatpump to be moved about a meter to allow for an extension to be built

  Although the job did not go straight to plan. There was a small leak but via email the manager arranged for the team to attend the next working day and they were prompt and professional. They then attended again once I got back from holiday and again this was arranged by both email and telephone. They completed the testing of the heatpump and documented it all for me which maintains my warranty. They even checked with the mcs body exactly what I required to ensure all official documentation was handled correctly. I would recommend these and would definitely use them again.

  Spa bath fitted

  Great comms throughout and I had a delay with the delivery. Prestige bathrooms were fantastic and rebooked as soon as my spa bath was delivered.
