  Ryan contacted me almost immediately after I posted the job on the site, and was able to attend a couple of hours later on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Ryan arrived on time, sorted out the issue with the blocked gully efficiently, and kindly took the time to educate me on the configuration of my house's drainage. Highly competent , highly personable, and highly recommended.
