  Laying sheet vinyl in small basement laundry room

  Advised screed required. Laid screed one day and came back the next day to lay vinyl. Also put silicone around perimeter as the room was previously damp (now tanked). Moved washer-dryer in and out of the room (up steps) with my help. Very grateful for this ! Very polite and helpful and good comms via Checkatrade app.
