Book my van and 2 men with Hotshot Removals and I was kept up to date prior to the day I needed them. On the day they arrived on time with a van the right size for my needs. Loaded up quickly but carefully and well secured. They arrived at the new location in good time and load still well secured. Offloaded it all up to my flat on the 3rd floor and placed the items where I wanted them in the flat.
