  Fixing & Supporting Floor Joist

  Mark came to extend a floor joist that wasn't meeting the wall, causing the whole floor to sag. He was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He visited our house very promptly to work out the best approach and to provide a quote. He explained what work was necessary clearly and happily answered all of our questions. While doing the job he worked quickly and considerately. He showed us how it was progressing every step of the way giving us complete peace of mind. He is extremely friendly and kind. We will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing a builder.
