  Fridge repair

  Excellent service throughout. Communication was prompt, and a temporary fix kept our fridge running over the weekend while waiting for parts. The engineer was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, quickly identifying and explaining the issue. The repair was completed efficiently once the part arrived. Highly recommend Electro Services — reliable, skilled, and covering a wide area across the North East.

  Service of ‘Main’ combi boiler

  The guys arrived at the agreed time, all communication was swift and friendly and very professional when arranging the appointment. They were extremely thorough and explained everything they were doing and why. We had a wiring issue which was preventing the boiler from connecting to the thermostat and they identified that within seconds of arriving and fixed for no extra cost. The efficiency of the engineers and competitive price was excellent and will certainly recommend to family and friends.
