  Good job done but communication could be better

  Responded fairly quickly to my enquiry and we eventually arranged a date for a quote. The person who quoted us (Mike, I believe) was knowledgeable and the drone shots were very helpful in seeing the state of our chimney. Overall the work was of a good quality but communication could have been better throughout.
