  Ian is an expert in his field. Throughout, Ian was clear and informative, explaining the process of the job in detail. Ian chose to quote and respond to my messages when I initially enquired online for quotations 2/3 months prior to job completion (others didn’t). Ian was responsive throughout. Great guy. Highly recommend.
