  Poor Plastering and stressful experience

  Luay and his team were hired to remove wallpaper and replaster my living room. Wallpaper removal was straightforward, but the plastering was extremely poor and stressful. My door frames and walls were damaged when they moved a sofa without asking, and I witnessed one worker smoking in my flat. They didn’t use dust sheets, leaving marks on the floor that still haven’t come off. The plastering was so poor the painters couldn’t paint over it and it had to be repaired before painting. Luay acknowledged the issues and offered to fix it but all trust was lost. I paid £1,300 and recovered £1,000.
