  Good repairs. Communication not great

  Repair is of a good standard & roofers were friendly. We had water coming in, which was known when the job was accepted, but it took weeks for work to start (though a discount was offered for this). Communication did often go unanswered and days we were told they'd turn up, they didn't, without letting us know. We needed more work than initially thought for which one set of scaffolding was used, the cost was listed in both invoices. Asked for an itemized receipt at end of job, was told initial invoice was receipt. Clean up left materials & shards of tiles across our garden for us to sort out.
