  Paul arrived when he said he would. He was very polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and deduced immediately what the problem was. He explained there was no air in the expansion vessel and an air vent was faulty and leaking. He recharged the expansion vessel and replaced the leaking air vent. Paul is very honest and reassuring. He explained there was no need to extend the boiler Flue. Regards the dripping pipe outside, he has asked me to monitor a couple of pressure valves in the megaflo tank area and inform him so he can deduce which valve is faulty.
