Job location: NE29We contacted Remy as the waste pipe to our washing machine had been poorly fitted and was leaking. We needed this resolved urgently as having one young child and a small baby means our washing piles up almost by the hour! Remy rang me back straight away, and after some diagnostic photographs, he managed to fit us in the next day despite being at a job over an hour away. He kept us updated as to his arrival time and got the job done with no fuss and no mess. Amazing service, reliable and an absolute lifesaver! Would absolutely recommend and use again! Thank you Remy! Job location: NE29Steve was super helpful! Sorted washing machine blockage and gave advice on pipework causing a leak! Great service! Giving a timeslot for his arrival was a huge help aswell, especially having a young baby’s naptimes to contend with!
