  A disastrous end result. No communication!

  Unfortunately I have to share the following. A simple replacement of a wooden door with a new uPVC equivalent door has turned out to be a shambles. Despite the contractor coming to measure and take photos and the agreement of a like for like instalment of the new door. WWC Ltd made the wrong door, hinged on the wrong side so it opens out against another internal door in our house. Having expected them to acknowledge their mistake , they have instead chosen to completely ignore all my follow up message requests to complete the job as agreed. A waste of money and time.
