  Replacement boiler

  Julian was excellent from start to finish. He quoted promptly with a fair price, arrived on time, and kept everything clean and tidy. During the boiler replacement, he spotted a faulty thermostat on one radiator and was able to get the part and fit it as part of the job—saving us extra time and cost. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things clearly throughout. A professional, reliable, and engaging engineer. We’re very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
