  David was quick to contact me after my initial enquiry and an appointment was booked for the next day. He was very friendly and efficient. The element on our oven was replaced in matter of minutes. David even showed me how do it should it ever happen again in the future, to save me spending money unnecessarily! Would recommend 100% and would definitely use again. A really good experience. Thanks again David!
