  The work undertaken was extremely difficult due to there not being sufficient room, but Sam undertook the work with a friendly and pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend his work and general professionalism. The 30 min job turned into a 2 hour job through no fault of his, Thank you For your professionalism Sam. Sam did not ask for more money even though he would probably have been fair to do so.
