  Sanding/ oiling re sealing kitchen work tops

  Initially agreed £200 for sanding, oiling, and resealing my kitchen worktop. The sanding and oiling were done fine, but I was then told it would be an extra £20 to come back and finish the sealing. I agreed, and we set a date — which he cancelled, saying he had another job. Rearranged for the next day, but he never turned up. Hours later, he said he was ill, and then later claimed to be in hospital. It’s now been nearly a month with no further contact and the job still unfinished. He’s stopped responding to all messages despite being paid the extra £20. Professionalism and communication poor.
