  Email replies were slow to begin with but eventually good communication enable job to be scheduled and fixed within a week. Arrived on time and completed the shower maintenance relatively efficiently. Only downside was not having thermometer to correctly set exact thermostat maximum temperature. Would recommend for plumbing work needing skilled product knowledge.
