  Front door replacement

  He came to check what needed to be done for the door. He said he could fix it by renewing the frame. We agreed on £300. He asked for the measurements for the frame, I sent them, and he said he’d check the prices and get back to me — but after that, he never replied. A person could at least say they can’t make it, but keeping someone waiting for 3–5 days isn’t nice. It shows he’s not a reliable person.
