  From day 1, Willem has been fantastic. He came over, reviewed the issues. Within 24 hours a detailed quote was in my email inbox. I decided not to go for everything quoted and Willem agreed to amend the quote based on the reduced work. Willem came over today. The floor was worse than expected but he dealt with things brilliantly, stating what needed to be done. He left the house clean and tidy, was polite and professional and we've already discussed him coming back again soon for some more bits that need doing. Very impressed. Thanks Willem!
