  Dan was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. His communication was great, he worked with me to find solutions and nothing was too much trouble, even when I made changes or adjustments half way through. He was punctual, reliable and his attention to detail was great. He checked in with me throughout the job and overcame any issues easily. He works so hard in the time and his rates are really good value - considering he never takes a break . I highly recommend him.
