  Leaking garage roof

  ‘Leaking’? More like flooding! Nick identified several issue which he addressed, then gave it a coat of rubber paint. Came back promptly when I reported a trickle was still coming through and dealt with it and carried out water testing to ensure fix held. Second coat completed today and cleared/ cleaned gutters all around bungalow too. Very nice guy. Cleans up afterwards and nothing too much trouble. Communicates well .

  Demolition and new rebuild of brick gate post

  Excellent work. Good communication. Took time to ensure everything was perfect despite the challenges presented by the changeable weather. Worked tidily and arranged for removal of waste. Would definitely use again.
