3 Would I employ him again definatly not

Job location: RH16Our builder confirmed we had a broken tile plus other minor defects. M&N attempted to sell us a new roof. He left us with a wobbly edge to the roof. After a week, he returned complete with the parts needed. After finishing, our builder confirmed the roof should be water-tight. The mess left was unbelievable. He got cement on a patio, a watering can, a bench, the side path to the house, and a gate!
