  Dan responded fairly quickly to my post. He contacted my tenant & arranged a time that suited. He was very friendly & polite, the work was satisfactory & I'd be very happy to use him again or recommend him to others as I left it all up to him & he didn't let me down, top man thank you.

  The EICR for my property was completed relatively quickly, the work was satisfactory & Kieran was very professional. I expect to work with him again in the future. Much appreciated.

  Chris came to the property today, he was very prompt, & very reasonably priced, the tenant was impressed & if she's happy we're all happy ;) I have saved the contact details, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. It wasn't a huge job just clearing the gutters on the house but I appreciate him coming out so fast, I see on his main page he is a jack of all trades so I shall bare that in mind, also advised the tenant to pass his number on to the neighbour who may be in need of his services
