  Work completed a month or so ago. Happy with his work ethic, timekeeping, reliability. Have already earmarked him for some more remedial work next year.

  Mark was excellent. His response was prompt and communication timely and clear. He appeared to be thorough and demonstrated excellent knowledge in terms of identifying the problem - which he fixed and checked.
