  Chimney Flashing repair

  They came out and completed a quote where they said they would complete the work the same day. They then left to get the materials but never came back. I received a text saying they needed to order in sealant to do the job around 2 and a half weeks ago but never got any further communication. I tried chasing them via text and they read and ignored my messages. Terrible communication and unreliable. Due to the repairs not being carried out, the heavy rain over last week caused damage to ceiling.

  Flashing repair around chimney due to leak

  Amazing service. James attended my address as agreed and provided me with a quote and within a week they attended and sorted the repairs. They stayed in touch the entire time and did a quality job. Repairs also had a guarantee. Couldn't recommend them enough.
