  Valentin called promptly. Carefully listened to the problem. Proposed 2 possible solutions and took time to discuss these. Came promptly to do the work. Sent photos of the problem. Price seemed reasonable. Polite and respectful. Invoicing was easy. Work done to our satisfaction
