  I called them to have a gutter on my extension repaired/replaced and a downpipe joint replaced. Alfred and his colleague did a very thorough job, replacing what needed replacing and also fixing the weather board on the extension which caused the gutter to sag. They were very curteous and explained everything to me. They had to come twice because in the end we had to replace and entire downpipe. Very good service. The cost did double but they had to do a much bigger job and they came back on a Sunday morning to finish it.
