  I contacted J Norris Electrical to quote for work at my daughters house namely the renewal of a fused switch controlling her electric hob. I received a reply on the same day, they were able to undertake the work the very next day and the quote was explained and seemed reasonable. On the day, the electrician turned up to my daughters house and discussed the work with her before changing the socket. My daughter reported that he was very polite, helpful and respected her property. Based on this experience, I would certainly consider using J Norris Electrical again.
