  Came to fit my vinyl left leg with water pissing out the ceiling

  Paid £80 deposit for vinyl flooring. On the day, I was told plywood was needed (should’ve been known earlier). He left for 2–3 hours to get materials. When fitting the plywood, he used 50mm nails and hit a hot water pipe, causing major water damage and the ceiling to be torn down. He left saying he'd return in the afternoon but never came back and stopped communicating. Unprofessional and careless — would not recommend.
