  I’m a bit late getting to this review but we booked an EICR at short notice for a house we were purchasing. I think was really impressed with the communication and reliability and appreciated the call after to explain the technical points and advice. Would recommend.

  Boiler check

  We needed to get a boiler check done on a property we were purchasing at short notice after we were let down. Mel was quick to respond and kept me up to date on the day whilst he carried out the check. He turned up when he said he would and gave some helpful advice about what we could do with the house in terms of updating the system.
