Spoke to Carolyn to arrange initial viewing with Russell. Quote provided promptly and arranged day for work. Russell and Kieran arrived as expected and worked solidly on the 1st day to strip roof, being careful to not break any tiles and even sourced a couple of spares as my tiles arent generally available now. Finished the job on the 2nd day and very pleased with the work inside and out. Russell and Kieran are very friendly and Carolyn was amazing with communication keeping me informed all the way.
