  From the start, Dave was friendly and professional when arranging to quote and then visiting in person to quote. He happily answered all my questions, and where there were options as to what could be done, he outlined the pros and cons as opposed to trying to up-sell. The resultant quote was competitive and clear. On the day of the works, Dave turned up with another electrician and an apprentice. They were all very polite, friendly and I had complete trust in them being in the house. They worked incredibly hard to get the work done and the bill was exactly as quoted. Couldn't ask for better.
