  Very positive. Turned up when agreed, undertook the agreed work efficiently, promptly and at a reasonable price. I had to ask him to return to clean a couple of areas previously overlooked, which he readily agreed to do, and promptly.

  Happy with the work that Ben and his team did. He turned up when he committed to, completed the work when he said (in fact sooner), to a good standard and at a reasonable price. He kept me informed throughout. I had to ask him to return to touch up a few areas but he had offered this if necessary, and agreed to do this promptly.
