This was sadly a disappointing experience. Matt quickly got in touch to confirm that an engineer would attend the same week to look at the broken panel. However, the engineer did not arrive on the day. I called the office who have apologised and rearranged for an engineer to attend the next week. When he arrived, he made a temporary solution which worked well. We then agreed to order and install a new panel. We booked a date, but it had to be cancelled as the panel did not arrive. We were only informed of it on the day. The panel was later installed incorrectly likely damaging the UFH pump.Verified reviewerJob location: CB2
