  Minimal level of cleaning

  His clearing is barely minimal. I have spent hours cleaning different parts of the flat after he has done his cleaning. I feel like he does clean the surface level of most of the places, do the easiest parts of cleaning. But nearly nothing deep cleaned. For example, the toilet look like it's clean on the first glance, but it is still smelly and I clean a lot of dirty stuff out of the rim after he cleaned. There are many more examples. Overall speaking, he does a okay level of surface level cleaning, but nothing deep. I don't think it would be acceptable for end of tenancy.
