  PROMISES, GETS PAID BUT DOES NOT DELIVER! BEWARE!

  Mark quoted for various jobs, came round 3 times, said could do all. He has not completed the said work, should have been completed by Spring 2024! Visited April 2025 to repair handrails and Millboard on bridge for a second time! Handrails should have been made out of 1 piece of solid wood, slightly curved as previous bridge but he made out of 2 thinner pieces glued together which keep breaking out. Millboard fixing holes and repairs noticeable still. Neither Mark nor Carol have answered my messages, texts or emails. Surveyor was appalled by everything. DO NOT USE DESPITE THE PROMISES HE MAKES
