  flat roof leak repair

  Very disappointed with Storm Protect Roofing. Contacted them on Wed 17th for a bay-roof leak, quoted £550–£700 and booked for Fri 19th 2–3 pm. They never turned up, sounded confused when I called, came Sat 12:30 pm, did a 30-min patch with sealant/flashband, then charged £800 and chased immediate payment. Promised drone proof and return visit—neither happened. Leak still there, no response since. Poor reliability, communication, and after-care. Avoid.

  Reliable, friendly and went the extra mile

  I recently had some work done by Stormpoint and I’m genuinely impressed. From the very start their communication was excellent – clear, prompt, and straightforward about the price with no surprises. On the day, the team turned up on time, were exceptionally polite and helpful, and even went the extra mile by trimming a tree for me while they were here.
