  The first thing that struck us about Michael is that as soon as he met us he shook our hands and took his shoes off before entering our house. He was polite, very professional and discussed what we wanted in detail. He was quick to get back with a quote, which we were very pleased with and he started the work within our time schedule. Michael went above and beyond with his work and the finished result is fantastic. He was tidy and respectful. We highly recommend him.
