They supported me during my house purchase by carrying out a roof survey at no cost and took the time to clearly explain the scope of work required. They clearly know their trade and have an honest, straightforward approach — working with me to repair the existing roof rather than pushing for a full replacement. Communication was excellent throughout. They responded quickly to questions, started work promptly, and even came back to follow up and make further improvements.
