  Garage parapet repair and repoint.

  All the work that was required was carried out in a highly professional manner and to a high standard. Ben explained what he would do and suggested additional coping stones and pointing, for weather protection, but wasn't at all pushy about this. We agreed to the extra work and all materials, including extra coping stones, were provided by Ben. His work was clean and tidy, clearing away everything at the end of each day. When finished, the work area was spotless. We would highly recommend Ben & BCM, and will use him again in the future.

  Repair existing dry verge. Repoint and repair chimney.

  Tom was brilliant from the start. I explained our dry verge had been fitted by a bad roofer and was now coming off only two months later. He came round, assessed the work involved, explained what he'd do and provided a quote the next day. Tom arrived on the agreed date with a mate and got straight on with the work. Six hours later they had re fixed the dry verge, after clearing all the mortar left by the bad trader. Fitted new battens and replaced reseated ridge tiles. Re-pointed chimney and secured pot. Sent me photos of all the work undertaken. Cleared everything away. Very pleased.
