  Unreliable and poor quality

  Needed a courtyard patio laid. Patrick was quick to respond and visited site. His texts were then persistent and expected 25% upfront. Patrick is unreliable. He said he could start work on bank holiday and still meet the deadline. He cancelled on the morning of the first day. He couldn’t complete the job on time. We rearranged twice more to finish the job. He let us down in both occasions. The quality of work was poor. He had to lay simple brick style tiles. The pattern wasnt followed. Laid unevenly. He tried to charge me more for ‘extra skill’ to lay a grating. Feel taken for a ride.
