  Ben was professional, friendly and straightforward from the start of the process. He gave us time to consider his quote and didn't push for a commitment. The work on the day was brilliant. Ben and the team were efficient and completed the job quickly with very little interruptions to our morning. We are very satisfied with the whole process.   Very professional, clean and tidy and no unexpected costs. All quick and easy from first contact to completion. Also very understanding when I missed the invoice going into my spam folder 🤦🏻‍♀️
