  We had a leak causing damage to a kitchen ceiling, and Dave attended promptly to investigate. He carried out a thorough inspection, including opening up the ceiling to check pipework, and clearly explained his findings in a straightforward and honest way. What really stood out was the quality of the report provided. It was clear, well-structured, and exactly what was needed to support our insurance claim. As a result, Lloyds Insurance accepted the claim, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Dave was knowledgeable, approachable, and he comes highly recommended!
