  After a couple of poor experiences with previous contractors, John from Northern Heights attended the property and gave me honest advice on how to fix my improperly sealed balcony. John was friendly, polite and honest, followed up with a formal quote and responded promptly to my questions. When I booked the work, John showed up on time with his team, completed the work to an exceptional standard, and left the place clean and tidy. He also offered a 15-year guarantee.   Richard at RS Home Care responded promptly to my request, arrived on time, and communicated clearly on the work that needed to be completed and the reason behind it.
