  Repointing and flaunching chimneys and some roof slate repairs.

  Two positives to highlight: Integrity - Blake gave me a more honest appraisal of the work required than at least two other companies who tried to make out our roof was worse than it actually is, and applied pressure for a full re-roof. Blake gave cost effective solutions, based on a proper asessmet (e.g. drone footage). Communication - we were kept informed about scheduling and timings of the work without constantly having to chase or being given empty promises. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

  New facias, soffits and guttering. also new rear door on garage.

  Job was done to a good standard, no major issues. Had to do a bit of cleaning up, and reset one roof tile that had not been replaced correctly, which for me was no issue but for someone less able could have been difficult. Overall happy, and would use again. Good range of skills and services offered at reasonable prices.
