  Repointing and damp proofing, roof joist repair and fascia.

  The guys provided very reasonable quotes for the fascias and repointing and were able to start the work the following week. While fitting the fascia, they identified an issue with a rotten joist and clearly demonstrated and communicated the problem and offered the most affordable solution to fix it. They also threw in a few other small jobs that they found along the way for free, including clearing out the neighbour’s gutter that spilled water on our back wall, reattaching the trim to our upvc cladding and clipping loose cables to external wall. Left the area cleaner than when they arrived!
