3 Long wait for my hedge to grow

Not a professional, hired to supply and plant 16ft of hedge with 1 metre high plants, ended up with barely 1/2 metre high plants, asked for 10, only got nine, but only planted 8 payed him off. Would not recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: BN17
