  Sockets not working

  I noticed some sockets were not working. Haywood , the electrician rang me. He analysed the problem over the phone. Over the phone, he advised me to check a few things first. The sockets are now working. Thank you Haywood. Professional, polite, kind and courteous. Keep up the good work!

  Machine washing not draining.

  Outstanding service. Excellent customer service. I was kept well informed about arrival time. Technician is polite, kind, courteous,professional. He explained in detail what the problem was. He tested appliance to ensure it is working properly before he left. Cleaned and tidied area afterwards. Excellent job done!! Thank you ApplianceCare Expert!!!
