  Refurb of two reception rooms.

  At the start Jon was reliable and communicative. Then, half way through the job, Jon advised his decorator let him down and he had to other contacts so we needed to find. He then did not return calls or messages for nearly 2 weeks and then only one response to say it was up to us to sort. There are still parts of the job incomplete as we can’t continue what is needed to be done until we can sort woodwork and decorator. We were sold that Jon could manage the whole job but he left us before the job was complete with bare plaster. This was not a complicated job so thank god it wasn’t structural.

  Garden overhaul / cleanup and ongoing maintenance

  Both the front and back garden had been neglected and needed a reset overhaul and cleanup including lots of hedge and tree cutting, weeding, grass work etc. all was done as agreed and tidied away well. Efficient with time and good communication.
